Please add an option to open the invoice email as a draft in the user’s local email client (e.g. Outlook), so it can be reviewed and sent manually. Offers full control over sender, signature, CC/BCC, and timing, Uses user’s own email infrastructure and rules

That would be nice. On the other hand in terms of GoBD, you would leave the closed system of Cakedesk with protocols. But I guess you could compare invoices from Cakedesk, with your e-mail archive and your actual accounting software and prove that nothing was changed.
Wir wünschen uns dringend zwei Erweiterungen für den Rechnungsversand: Eigener SMTP-Server: Möglichkeit, einen eigenen SMTP (Host/Port/Auth/TLS, From/Reply-To, Testversand) zu hinterlegen, sodass Rechnungen über unsere eigene Mail-Infrastruktur und Absenderdomain versendet werden (Deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Branding und Templates anpassbar: Bitte ermöglicht die manuelle Anpassung des E-Mail-Templates für Rechnungen, insbesondere fürs Branding: eigenes Logo hochladen/verwenden (statt fixem Standard-Branding) idealerweise eigene HTML-Templates, damit der gesamte Versand 100 Prozent in unserer CI ist.
