Max I currently use InDesign for that kind of correspondence. Fortunately, I don’t have to send payment reminders very often, but it might be quicker and more convenient if I could do it directly in Cakedesk :)
Jess Wall thanks for getting back to me! I see, that means you're currently sending payment reminders as PDF or physical mail, correct? I assume this is the same functionality you would need from Cakedesk? Or would a payment reminder email be sufficient?
Max Yes, exactly. I usually export it as a PDF and then send it by email. I prefer the PDF version because it includes my letterhead and styling, which makes it feel a bit more official.
