Categories as SERVICE, PRODUCTS, DISCOUNT or not numbered Positions

It would be great if you could select between categories to group the items or simply specify items without a number. This way, discounts could be applied, for example, only to products or only to services and the discounts would be named separately. (Currently, I have created discounts as a catalog item)

Hi Malte, thanks for submitting your feature request! What do you mean by "simply specify items without a number"? I don't quite understand what that would look like. Is this feature request for adding discounts only to certain types of items? Or is there some other underlying functionality that you'd like to enable?

Hi Max, I have certain contract components that I would like to display in the quotation, but these are not considered items and are not priced. These could also simply be text boxes at the end of the quotation or after the price, which I can edit. I can assign a discount at the end with an item, this could then refer in % to certain groupings, e.g. products or services (the grouping could be defined and the previous items assigned to these categories)
