add an "orders" section
add an order section which can:
- create an order based on an existing inquiry - but leave the text-fields editable
--- to be able to change details of the order, if the customer differs from the offer
- create new orders without a previous inquiry.
- provide an overview of unfulfilled orders on the main-page
- flag orders as "manufactured"
- flag orders as "shipped"
- possiblity to create an invoice based on one or multiple completed orders (collective invoice)
Pending
